I love the Workplace Romance and The Age Gap Tropes so I was eager to read this book especially since it had BDSM added into the mix, knowing that this was my first read by Nicki Grace I wasn't sure what to expect going in but I was pleasantly surprised with how well the story flowed and how developed the characters were.

This is the first book in the THIS SIDE OF WRONG SERIES but all of the characters in this book have shown up in a prior series, HIS MOUTHPIECE, which I would have loved to have read before this book that way I would have known more about Blaze and possibly liked him more than I did.

Blaze comes off as the ultimate Alphahole, he is domineering and sometimes he comes off as a jerk so I didn't understand what Raquel saw in him. He constantly reminded her that he was not the type of guy she needed or wanted, she couldn't handle him, and he had no plans of falling in love with her. Well, excuse me Sir, but the ones that say they aren't going to fall are usually the ones that do, but of all the places for him to figure out that he did fall for her, A Sex Club shouldn't be the place.

I liked Raquel and loved her relationship with her girlfriends, and while she doubted herself at times I was happy to see that in the end, she wasn't afraid to go after what she wanted and grab the bull by the horns.

I recommend this book to readers who enjoy STEAMY Contemporary Romances with Suspense, Age Gap Romances, or Workplace Romances.
