CHRONICLES OF THE STONE VEIL Series is one that I highly recommend reading in the order of release, each of these books has a common thread that runs through them, and if you start with this one, you may not have the entire background to enjoy your read fully. I say this because Zora is Finley's twin sister, a sister she didn't know she had, and Finley's story takes place in the first five books.

Zora has only been a God for a year, and she is still trying to figure things out, but one thing she has been enjoying is her time with Maddox, a demigod. She has been having an affair with Maddox since they met, but no one knows. That is until she feels her involvement with him will cause him danger, so she breaks things off; let's say this wasn't handled well. 

Evils are at play here, and no one is safe, especially the gods. Will anyone figure out what is going on before the damage is done? Will Zora and Maddox get the HEA they so desperately deserve?  Will Zora find her rightful place amongst the Gods? These questions are answered in THE RUIN OF GODS, and we will get even more answers in the next book, THE RIVEN THIEF, which is due out later this year.
