One afternoon is all it took for me to gobble this book up. I’m head over heels for Gage, he's a true gentleman, a fierce protector, a great teammate, and absolutely perfect for Jenna.

Now this may sound strange since this book is called GAGE and not JENNA but...I have been anxiously awaiting Jenna's story since I first met her in her sister's book, JETT: An Arizona Vengeance Novel, we found out then that she was in a bad fire and it left her with scars over her body as well as emotionally. I needed her to get a guy that was deserving of her and I knew it was just a matter of time before that would happen because there was no way that Sawyer Bennett would give us this amazing secondary character that was so filled with love and not build on it and I for one am so HAPPY to finally have her find the perfect guy!

Gage was in retirement when he received the phone call to come and play for the Pittsburgh Titans, they were trying to rebuild the team since all but three of their players were killed in a horrific plane crash, he figured it would be short term so why not...never did he imagine that he would find someone that would capture his heart.

I loved the way Gage was with Jenna, especially when she revealed her past and her scars to him, and their chemistry was amazing. This along with the two prior books in the series are way more emotional than other Hockey Romance books that Sawyer has written and I am soooo along for this glorious ride. Is it too soon to call this my favorite Hockey Romance Series Ever? No I don't think it is. Next up is Coen and I have a feeling I will need a BOX of tissues for his story.

I would recommend this book to those that enjoy Steamy Contemporary Romances, Sports Romance, or Hockey Romance.
