It's been a while since I read a mafia romance and this is the first book I have read by Cora Reilly, but it definitely wont be the last since I added the entire series including the spin-off series to my TBR shelf on Goodreads. I also jumped into Bound by Honor Luca's POV so I would see Luca's side of some major events that took place during this book.
Arranged Marriages may not be common practice amongst most but there are still some that believe in the practice and Aria's father is definitely one of them much to Aria's dismay, but honestly it isn't something that she wasn't prepared for she just wasn't happy with who was chosen for her.
Luca is a force to reckoned with, most know he killed his own cousin but very few knew the reason why. When Aria finds out that Luca is the man she is betrothed to she's not happy but as far as Luca is concerned her feelings have little consequence.
I really enjoyed this story, I loved the way Aria and Luca both fought their feelings for one another. The chemistry was great and the story line is fantastic. I cannot wait to read more of this series.
