But being a (newly) single dad of twin boys means making sacrifices. His boys need stability and his dad needs his help in the store.
Now he needs her.

Except, Chase has been the bane of Madison Kelly’s existence since high school. She just so happens to be the only available nanny in town.
Besides, high school was ten years ago.
People don’t hold grudges that long, right?

This book is so very different from the other book by Marie James that I have read in the past, where those books are filled with action and tattooed bikers or Mercenaries this book is based in a small town and moved at a slower pace, but the sexy times were just as hot.

Chase Woodson is returning home after splitting from his wife and his hockey career on the same day...to say it was a bad day for Chase would be an understatement and returning home although it's the last thing he wanted to do turns out to be the best possible thing he does.

Madison Kelly just has rotten luck with men, it started in the eighth grade when Chase...well lets just say he left a lasting impression and it wasn't a good one, then it ends with her former fiance that destroyed her interior designer business. Now back home she is desperate for a job and it looks like the only one available is as Nanny to Chase's twin four year old boys, Cole and Cale.

I enjoyed this book, though at times I felt it was too repetitive and the constant miscommunications were getting to me because of it. If the book was trimmed down by 30 or so pages I probably would have rated it higher. The chemistry was good and I really enjoyed the twins and the way they loved spending time with Madison, the twin vibe they had was adorable and I am a sucker for a dad that would do anything for his children so this had everything I look for in a Single Dad Romance. I even liked the way they labeled their relationship or non relationship as a Boss with Benefits Arraignment. The boy's mom left a lot to be desired so I was thrilled with her outcome, and the secondary characters have me looking forward to more of this series.

I would recommend this book to readers that enjoy STEAMY Contemporary Romances, Small Town Romances, Single Dad Romances, Boss/Nanny Romances, or Enemies to Lovers Romances.

Happy Reading!!!
