Wild Island Love (The Steeles at Silver Island #5) by Melissa Foster ~ Book Review

WILD ISLAND LOVE by Melissa Foster is now live!

Sparks fly between a PR rep and an A-list actor who want nothing to do with each other.

Leni Steele might be looking for love, but she’s definitely not looking to be someone’s fake date. Especially not one of the most infuriatingly handsome and annoyingly cocky actors on the planet, Duncan Raz. But when the owner of the PR firm for which she works forces her to walk the red carpet on his arm, she has no choice. Neither wants to be there, much less with each other. They’re like oil and water, and he gets on her last nerve. But after a few tequila shots, that’s not all he gets on. What was supposed to be one date turns into a media frenzy they can’t afford to ignore, and Leni has no other option than to continue the ruse. All the fake kisses furtive glances, and seductive touches eventually start to feel very real. But Raz didn’t earn his A-list-actor status for nothing. Is he just doing what he does best? Playing a role? Or is Leni the leading lady in Raz’s real-life love story?

I don't think I can say enough positive things about the books that Melissa Foster writes. She has a way of penning a story that grabs your interest from the very first page and makes you feel as if you are part of the family and have a front-row seat to everything happening. Which is why I love reading her books so much.

Duncan "Raz" Raznick is an A-list actor who needs a fake date for a charity event to get the paparazzi off his back about his breakup from actress Jacinda Carr, so his PR rep, Shea Steele, enlists the help of her cousin and employee, Leni Steele. She isn't happy about it, but, she's the only one that can do it...so their fake date takes place, and the fun doesn't stop there. It would be an understatement to say they have chemistry because Duncan and Leni are on fire!

The Steele Family love their pranks, and there are so many pranks pulled in this book that I couldn't help but laugh out loud several times while reading; not only were the pranks fun to read about, but the banter between Duncan and Leni was also great.

There are so many things to love about this story; if you read MY TRUE LOVE with Jules Steele, Leni's younger sister; Jules and Grant's wedding takes place in this story. And if you read ANYTHING FOR LOVEBeau and Charlotte's book, we get some closure regarding Raz's friendship with Beau since his sister's passing and how they are getting along now. Neither book needs to be read to enjoy this one, but if you have read either of these, it will add to your enjoyment of this read.

I highly recommend this book to readers that enjoy STEAMY Contemporary Romances, New Adult Romances, Fake Dating Tropes, Enemies to Lovers Trope, Professional/Client Trope, Celebrity Romances, or Large Family Romances.

Happy Reading!!!

**I have voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of this book for my Blog, Nadine's Obsessed with Books**
