What an Ending!

I have been enjoying this series, and each couple's duet gets better and better, but I've got to say that Matt and Madison have slipped into the top couple spot. We learned a lot about Matt's past, and why he took a step back when it came to his attraction to Madison, but when she needed his help, he was there from the moment she sought him out. In the first book, we were left with a cliffhanger, and Shayla Black did not disappoint with the follow-up to their story.

In WICKED AND BARE, we pick up just before WICKED AS SECRETS ended to get more insight into the ending. If you think you know the lives of the rich and famous just because you see how their lives play out on TV, believe me, there is a LOT behind the scenes that no one is privy to, and we see precisely that here. Oh, the scandals that would come out if everything was known, especially in politics.

I love Matt and Madison together, I especially loved what he would do to protect the woman he loves.
