If you have followed my reviews you know how much I love the 1001 Dark Nights Novellas, they give readers a chance to dive into a series that we haven't read before to try it out or if we have been enjoying it we get an HEA for characters that may not have otherwise gotten one, and for Authors it's a chance for them to reach new readers and give current readers a little extra...it's a win win for everyone. As for the Stark Security Series I have read only one of the previous books so I am not really familiar with Simon Barré or Francesca Muratti although they did pop up in the one that I read.

Francesca is a well known actress loved by many except maybe one person since she is receiving threatening notes which is why Stark Security is putting Simon in charge of her protection. These two butt heads right away and it's kind of comical because you can tell there is something more simmering under the surface.

There is a lot going on in this fast paced story. I really enjoyed the way Simon and Francesca connected once they both got past their hangups.

I would recommend this book to those that enjoy Steamy Romantic Suspense Reads.
