I have been a fan of Ahren Sander's for a while now and with books like this one it's no surprise why. MILLER'S TIME is the second book in the Southern Charmers Series and all I have to say is that it is definitely Miller's Time!

You know they say everything happens for a reason, well Miller finally finds out what that saying truly means when someone from his not so distant past comes back into his life. What was a chance meeting in a hotel bar turned into a weekend of pure bliss but when he awoke to an empty room Miller wasn't to thrilled, fast forward six months and the woman that rocked his world is rocking it again.

Ashlyn is starting over, she left her high powered career behind in Chicago along with a ton of bad memories and moves to Charleston to find the person she once was. What Ashlyn didn't plan on was running into the hot guy that she spent an amazing weekend with and has thought about constantly over the last six months, and then find out he's her contractor!

The chemistry was great between Ashlyn and Miller but what I loved the most was how Ashlyn used all the fire her red hair gave her, she was a firecracker and I totally loved when she let that side show.

This book can be read as a standalone but since Pierce and Darby play big parts in this story I would suggest reading their book, PIERCED HEARTS first. If you enjoy Contemporary Romances that have a lot of steam or the Second-Chance-at-Love Trope I would recommend this book to you.

Ahren spent her formative years living in an active volcano. There her family made collectible lava art. She studied rock collecting at the Sorbonne in France. There she met the love of her life-her pet pig Sybil. She returned to the states and started writing. She is happily married to a guy who used to live under a bridge and she met while pole-dancing.

Now, meet the real me. I grew up in the south and consider myself a true "Southerner". Most of the special locations mentioned in my books are reflections of my favorite places.
