This was an enjoyable read that I devoured in one day. I had watched the attraction between Caleb and Zoey in the first two books and couldn't wait until I could get my hands on their story.
I absolutely loved the way this story began, it showed us different encounters of Caleb and Zoey through the years from the age of eight through college. In each of these encounters we see how Zoey feels about Caleb even at the tender age of eight, but in each of these encounters he's with a different girl and it breaks her heart each time.
Zoey and Caleb's friendship grows while they are working together on Lacey and John's wedding, Zoey's sister and Caleb's friend, and they decide to take their attraction for one another and see where it goes. Oh how I love a friends-to-lovers story.
This book can be read as a standalone but I would suggest that you read it in the order of release to get the full picture of their background.
