Have to say it, Chase Andrews is my Favorite Kingsmen, and his story was the perfect way to wrap up the Series.
Chase Andrews is known for his no-nonsense dedication to the game on the field and his grumpy attitude off of it. His teammates joke with him about it and try to get him out of his comfort zone by hosting a party; little did they all know that at the time of the party Twyla (Miles' sister) was moving in across the hall.
Twyla has moved to San Francisco from Connecticut to escape everything. Her fiance called off their wedding, and everywhere she looked, there were memories and looks of pity, so she hopped on a plane to cat and condo sit for a couple of months while she took the time she needed to heal from it all.
There have always been sparks when Chase and Twyla were in a room together, so I have been hoping they'd get their HEA even though she was with someone else. Someone that has now decided he wants her back...well, sorry dude she has someone that will treat her better than you ever did, so that's just not going to happen. LOL
I don't have to tell you how amazing the chemistry was between them because you can feel it through the pages before they even get together. But, I will tell you that there is soooo much more to Chase than meets the eye and I, for one, loved every minute of his layers opening for Twyla to see the person he is inside.
I recommend this book to those who enjoy STEAMY Contemporary Romances, Sports Romances, Siblings Friend/Teammate Romances, or Grumpy/Sunshine Romances.
