Bishop is in Boston one weekend for a bachelor Party when he meets McKay. Things don't go the way he hopes, but that's okay because he gets to know her a bit. Only when she shows up in his hometown of Kentbury he's not too pleased to see her...she has no recollection of who he is at first, but when she finally pieces things together, it all makes sense.
McKay is in Kentbury to meet her estranged Grandmother, but if Bishop has anything to say about it, she will return to the big city where she came from and leave Genie alone with the people who care about her.
Joe Arden and Grace Grant did a fantastic job bringing Bishop and McKay's story to life. If you can listen to the audiobook, I highly recommend that you do.
This story was sweet, a bit steamy, and perfect for a fall afternoon read. I recommend this book to readers who enjoy Contemporary Romances, Small Town Romances, ONS Romances, Enemies to Lovers Romances, Big City Girl/Small Town Guy Romances, or He Falls First Romances.
